What about women with diastasis? My belly doesn't tuck in. I see how it gets tucked in just below the rib case, but my belly itself doesn't move a bit. Argh feeling very frustrated

You should totally do a wrist friendly workout! I have bad wrists and hypermobility so it’s hard to find workouts that don’t put pressure on my joints!
